"The person at the desk was great and gave us a wonderful recommendation for dinner. The only issues were an elevator out of service and the pool was closed. There was a nice grassy area for our dog. "

"The room was very spacious, we had the 2 queen suite. The beds were comfortable, The sofa bed was not made, we were given linens when we checked in, though no pillows. I did state that we needed a room for three people. The rooms were very clean, the bathroom also. Enough towels and washothes for everyone. The breakfast had a variety of food. "It was a great location for my purposes to be in Albuquerque. Parking was tough if you had a large vehicle or came back to the hotel later. The security staff were very helpful with this!! Big shout out to them!! "

When we asked the front desk, they said it was a third party booking and they couldn't help us get our money back. "Entrance was a little confusing. Could not enter from the sidewalk without a key must enter from garage to first check in, safety?

"My son and I were driving across the country and being the copilot, it was my responsibility to find the hotel rooms as we traveled. You never know what you’re going to get, but I will say that the staff was excellent. The rooms were very clean and even though it was next to I 40, you could not hear the noise from the interstate.
