"I have stayed here many times, and this time was just a little disappointing. Ice machines weren’t working, and the restaurant onsite was unable to see my reservation so I was not able to use the $20/day credit.

"When we arrived the receptionist was disinterested and appeared to lack any teeth which was disconcerting to say the least. Our room was dark and faced a brick wall. I asked to change the room and a more helpful receptionist allocated a different room to us."

"The room was uncomfortably hot, and the staff did not seem willing to acknowledge the issue. They kept insisting that the temperature was within the approved range, even though the room did not feel cool at all and I was clearly uncomfortable. What made the situation worse was the way one staff member responded to my concern. His response came across as dismissive and unprofessional rather than understanding or helpful."
