"This was our first trip to New Orleans. We reserved the room due to its proximity to Smoothie King Center. We arrived early and paid for parking at another location. I would recommend parking at the hotel. I did not know that valet parking at the hotel is not part of the room charge. Room and view were excellent! Love the elevators! Bell hop was very helpful. Only room issue is the water never was hot. Warm at best."

"Everything I wanted to see and do was in walking distance. The gentleman at the front desk actually let me put my bag behind the counter till I was able to check in so I was able to walk around. The staff was terrific. Very helpful They had a nice little restaurant next-door excellent food and the button that I was there every morning was wonderful. Everybody in that place was so pleasant and nice. I will be going back there to the Blake hotel, and to that restaurant."
