Staff was aggressive and trying to pressure timeshare presentation. Pool was closed 1 day. Terrible room service, and they rarely answered the phone if you needed something, would transfer you to voicemail.

The property itself is great. The top of the Strat is the best view in Vegas and a great place to have a cocktail. The only issue with the Strat is its location.
