The A/C didn't work so well, they have no vending machine and ice maker. But in the rooms you have a full refrigerator a microwave and a stove top they don't offer a oven they also have silverware cups plates, so if you bring your own food and drinks you can make something in your hotel room. They offer breakfast which is pretty good

The Element by Westin was a cute and comfortable hotel. The room was spacious and immaculate. The manager Dasha, was professional and quite pleasant. The staff is young, and learning key lessons on the job. I truly appreciate the effort of the team that provided breakfast. They were helpful even when patrons came in late. Overall the experience was very good.

Overall, the state was nice. It was conveniently located to our event and food. The hotel was clean. It had a complementary breakfast that wasn’t just one or two staff trying to put together breakfast. It was actually a crew putting together breakfast. It had fruits muffins, yogurt, bar, pancake station, breads, coffee juice. We were able to visit the fitness center. The only issue I had was being that I booked through Expedia, I was charged additional fees. They said that Expedia is not charging the correct fees so that wasn’t good customer service making this expense fall back on the customer blindly. Not sure if that’s the hotel‘s fault or Expedia. But other than that, it was good stay.

This hotel is a gem and the staff was very friendly. We even met the sales and marketing director at breakfast greeting guest! The team knows how to take care of guest. My only thought is breakfast can use an uplift Marriott. Visually nice but food carts and dried eggs… the happy hour beer, fresh fruit water and coffee made up for it.

Location~TOP NOTCH!!! Valet parking was extremely lacking. One attendant; no where to park on the street to leave the car and give the keys to the ONE attendant. We were there for the Bruno Mars concert~why would you only have ONE parking attendant for such a large event? When I went inside to ask about the parking, I was directed to other garages about 2 blocks away. Parking was the main reason I booked this hotel! I felt our bed was super firm and somewhat uncomfortable but some may prefer firm beds. And we had the air set to 65…room stayed warm throughout the night, so much that we slept with a sheet or no covers at all. My rating is a 4 due to the parking situation!
