Aroon , We apologize for the knocking . Our guest are all working at the LNG plant & some of the guest ride with each other . They all know one another so I can see where the knocking could happen . As far as smell . Did you bring this to the attention of hotel staff so we could address an odor ? You can contact the hotel to discuss issue . We love to hear from you . Susan , Thank you for your feedback . Unfortunately we are not pet friendly . We do follow management guidelines . As far as a mop we do not keep mops out side .Possibly the day you traveled through our parking lot , the maintenance most likely left the broom & dust pan outside . Our parish is building a LNG plant . Our guest have small rocks under there shoes & we are sweeping a lot more than before . Hope you arrived safely at your destination .
