All the staff was friendly, the location was great as it was easy to get to all the sights and had amazing restaurants nearby but wasn’t too loud and crazy that we couldn’t get any rest. Hotel room was clean, spacious, and a great deal!

Overall the only thing I liked about this property is the location. Close to the conversation center and the outlet and the riverfront train. And also easy route to the garden district. If you are looking for these things. Then this is ok for you. No other recommendations.

Overall this was a great hotel for our family of 5 for a quick trip to New Orleans. The location was good. We parked at the hotel and walked to the French Quarter. The room was spacious although the pullout bed wasn't comfortable for my 17 year old. (May be fine for a child). The staff was very friendly. My only complaint is that it took multiple calls and trips to the front desk to get towels for our room. Despite this, we would stay there again. Also, note that valet parking is $42 a night, but we were able to park on the street next to the hotel for free.

Now that's hospitality!

The entire staff was extremely nice and helpful. I had some issues with a package that was supposed to be delivered to the hotel and they were on it keeping me informed on the delivery and helping reroute the package when it arrived after I left. The hotel itself was quite lovely. Would absolutely stay there again.
