The staff were very nice and helpful. They let us check in very early because the room was ready and someone was on staff all night. Incredible place - decorated so cute. Each room is completely different. The rooms are far enough away from Burbon Street that they are quiet at night. I would 100% recommend staying here!

This was the coolest, most unique hotel I've ever stayed in. Surprisingly quiet, very comfortable. All the rooms are different, with so much charm and character. The main areas are full of New Orleans quaint, and the staff are so friendly and helpful. I'd stay here again without hesitation. Also, there's super soft, friendly kitties 😸

This place has got to be the coolest hotel. I have never been anything like it and not only was the hotel five star completely but the staff was also amazing along with location. I would totally recommend this to everyone. It’s fairly priced and it’s worth every cent.

Everything was awesome. The energetic staff made recommendations that were spot on with directions too! It rained during our visit and umbrellas and ponchos were readily available as was coffee, sweet treats including clementines! Shabby chic and a perfect location in the French Quarter made this hotel worthy of 5 stars.

Location, location, location! Quaint hotel on Toulouse, convenient to everything in the Quarter. Great vibe, old and antique filled, but very comfortable. Every room is different, but so far our stays have been very nice. Superb staff, ready to help immediately with any issue (including neighbors partying at 3 am). Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great stay in the heart of NOLA.

We absolutely loved the charm and location of this hotel. The staff and cats were amazing, my only suggestion would be to show the spiral staircase in the petite loft 2 listing. People with mobility problems wouldn't do well with it.
