"Economical stay."

"Pluses: Check in process was quick & easy. The breakfast was excellent. Conveniently located right off the interstate. Deltas: We stayed in a suite with a foldout couch. There was no bedding in the room to be found. My wife went down to the desk to get bedding, but they didn't give her a pillow. Another trip down when the bedding should have been in the room already. It's the only reason we booked this room & it became a headache for us."

"Friendly staff, clean room, close to things to do"

"Bedding and pillows stained yellow and dirty. The bathroom had fecal, urine and hair all over. Window dirty. Elevator, pool, wifi, and tv didn't work. Place looked abandon from exterior broken windows, missing siding, peeling paint, and generally run down. We ended up leaving after seeing how dirty the room was and staying 20 minutes out of our way. I spend an hour on the phone with expedia that finally refunded my stay and booked another hotel."

"We liked the breakfast. The room was nice. There were some holes in the carpet and some flickering lights in our room."

"I liked that the sheets were clean, bed was comfortable, and it was pet friendly. The staff was nice. The fridge was filthy w/mold, cigarette ashes on the desk drawer and the floor needed a better sweep. Suggestion: Maybe have a destination for dogs to go to the bathroom and something that holds poop bags and have a trash can right by the poop bag dispenser."

"When I arrived, the hotel smelled very clean. There was someone at the front desk to help me right away and it was an easy process. The breakfast offered hot and cold options. I would stay at this hotel again."

"Nice stay"

"Comfortable stay, nice property. Communication prior to arrival on Expedia was non existent. The nightly rate was fair for what you get, if your getting your own bathroom. The fees were high. You are charged double fees for using Expedia and a card ($18). Couldn't get the TV to work, it was a cold breakfast not a hot one fyi. Guests have to present for owner to run your card. Not sure why that is either if your card is on Expedia. Thank you for the accommodations. "

"Rooms were very clean."

"Rooms were large, bed was very comfortable, breakfast was normal hotel quality and opened early. Plenty of parking, even with a boat. The hotel was completely full do to a kids baseball tournament. The room we were assigned was next to pool so sleep was optional. The only down side."

"Carpeting on 1st floor needs updating, the hallways on the first floor are way too DARK, need better lighting. The laundry room door on the 1st floor next to the vending machines seems to be propped open on a regular basis and makes the place look trashy! Room was clean but small; the bed is very close to the microwave/refrigerator stand with very little walkway in between. The gentleman who was working the day we checked in, Thursday was very friendly & I believe he is the manager."

"My room was not cleaned. There was food on the floor along with plastic silverware and hair in the bathroom. The bed was made but had food and blood spots on the sheets. The pillow cases had drool stains on them. they gave me a second room which the floors were not vacuumed and the pillow spelt terrible. The sheets did look clean. The bathroom had strings and hair on the floor. Very disappointed! The outside was not maintained either."
