"Very clean room- with one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on! The decor was so fun! The owner was very nice. We were unable to stay for breakfast- but she was making Eggs Benedict that day. The location is great- so many shops and restaurants around and a short walk down to the beach!! She has beach supplies available for use by guests as well. We fell in love with this area, and definitely plan to come back again and stay at the Inn On The Avenue!!!"

"Beautiful classic inn situated in a great area of New Smyrna Beach. Don’t miss the full breakfast included at a cute cafe next door. One note - bring a sound machine if a light sleeper - the walls are thin and until we cranked ours up we could hear entire conversations of our neighbors. "

"The sweets are massive. Every room has a balcony view of the beach. Rooms are clean. Furniture is slightly outdated, but very clean and well kept. I definitely would go back there again."

"I wish I could upload the pictures I took. The furniture was stained and gross. The place smelled of mold. What was really upsetting was the pictures online were beautiful. Once I walked in the kitchen was a dump. The bathroom was gross. I immediately tried to speak with somebody. I was only able to text. They did offer me another suite. I immediately declined. I just wanted to go home. I wish I could have gotten my money back. It is what it is. I know the place was super cheap for the weekend....

"This place was perfect! I loved the location>beautiful garden to sit in, coffee and snacks available in lobby 24/7. Interior design was beautiful. There was not a TV in our room but we just watched Netflix on our laptop. A perfect short stay."

"I could not have been happier with my stay. My expectations were not high, but I was very wrong. This place has been renovated and looks amazing. The manger Kelli was very helpful and friendly. She went out of her way to accommodate us. I had some questions prior to my trip, and she answered them in a very timely manner. We had one small issue and she resolved it quicky. The inn itself was amazing. Great sized room, full kitchen everything was clean and comfortable, I could not recommend...

"I had such high hopes. I went to four different rooms and really tried to have an open mind. The rooms were dirty. They didn’t look like they had been properly cleaned in years. The last room they sent me to hadn’t even been cleaned by staff and had unmade beds and dirt towels. The bathroom was disgusting. I honestly felt unclean after being in these rooms. Find somewhere else to stay. I do have to say that the front desk lady was the sweetest human ever. She was so understanding and kind....

I had accidentally chosen a smoking room and it did stink of smoke but that's my own mistake won't happen again. the motel is Surely showing its age."

We had to go into another room because they only have one cleaning lady that’s elderly, and she just couldn’t keep up and she doesn’t clean the rooms or change the beds as they’re supposed to be! They finally get done what they need to get done but this is a very old old hotel that used to be wonderful to stay at but now they’re just letting it go downhill fast "
