"We stayed at Discovery Parks - Gerroa and overall had a comfortable stay. One thing that felt a little unusual as tourists was being placed very close to the permanent residents in the park, which made the atmosphere feel less like a holiday campground at times. The cabin itself was well equipped and we appreciated small touches like the bathtub and the body lotion provided. "This was my second time staying here and my experience was as excellent as last time. We stayed in the 3br cabin with a beautiful view of the water. Watching the sunrise both mornings made the restless night with my 5 month old daughter all worthwhile. Cabin was basic but well appointed with toaster, kettle, pots and pans and cutlery. The included shampoo and soaps meant we didn’t have to worry about packing that. For the affordable price we paid, honestly, when coming to Yarrawonga we won’t...

"The room was not properly cleaned and, in all likelihood, had not been for some time. Shards of broken glass were scattered around on the floor, shower cubicle was very slippery as had not been properly cleaned beyond a cursory wipe-over. Somehow the front desk staff were critical of US for not notifying them earlier - not a very friendly or empathetic response."

"Price is good. The only issues were, the queen bed needs a new mattress. Both sides are hollow, when you lay on the end of the bed it feels like you are rolling off. The shower also needs a new shower head/taps. It was dripping all the time. The taps do not close properly anymore."

"We booked at Reflections, Lennox Head. No check-in codes and details had been sent, we phoned and were promised to be sent shortly. We checked upon arrival at 5.30 and none had been sent, we phoned phoned after hours a few times - but no answer. We were unable to stay and had to book elsewhere. Explaining this to them the following day resulted in abuse and no refund. A week later Expedia sought a refund for us, and Reflections has refused - stolen our money and lied. Avoid at all costs!"
