This is a very cozy place. It located near the entrance of the Jiufen Old street. The staffs are helpful n have cheerful disposition. One of the staff help us carry our luggage to the room.

Chiu Chunt Dint is a fantastic property. Located super close to Jiufen Old Street! We had an amazing view of the mountain and the ocean. The staff was so kind and gave my wife a birthday cake. Breakfast was also included.

The hotel is at the heart of shopping, eating and centre of all the actions. The toilet seat is so warm and comfortable all the time. Staff are very friendly and polite and friendly. The beef noodle soup is delicious. Overall a worthy stay.

Wow! What a find! Smack in the middle of old street, this B&B was awesome. Great customer service and the room was neat and tidy. It was raining and there was a dehumidifier in the room. Breakfast was provided and the location simply cannot be overstated. We will definitely stay here again!

This is a very beautiful B&B. It is in a prime location. Very close to bus stop. Right in the heart of Juifen old street. Looks beautiful. Lot of tourist take pictures in front of this B&B. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. My kids loved their stay here. They even gave us free breakfast for four. If I travel to Taiwan again will definitely go to Juifen and stay here again.

I stayed in a so-called 'VIP' room and had an unbelievable variety of experiences. One of the hand towels smelled bad because it wasn't properly sanitized/dried. But until then, I thought that since this was a relatively large B&B and not a hotel, such an unprofessional mistake was understandable. However, mold on wallpaper and windows was easy to spot even if I didn't look closely. I already fully understood it's humid Jiufen. But if it's that contaminated with mold, they should at least change the wallpaper before welcoming guests. At 4am, I was woken up by a machine that might be related to water pressure regulation, making a super-loud noise. I haven't slept a wink since. What was even more surprising was that when I showed a recording of the sound to the staff in the morning, they already knew what it was and what caused it. This property already knew about it, but they did not fix it, did not inform us in advance, and took the reservation without telling us. Usually, accommodation providers always announce in advance if there is a possibility of noise due to construction or mechanical reasons at a certain time. However, this property ignored it and attempted a kind of 'SCAM'. I stayed over 80 nights at global brands like Marriott, locals like Cozzi, and other small properties during 7 times visiting to Taiwan. However, this experience was definitely out of the standard of accommodation service we can expect in this lovely country.

Cozy comfort in the heart of it all

Located right in the middle of the old street, the Chiu Chunt Dint has a very cozy atmosphere with great hospitality. I even got an upgrade for the room which was clean, comfortable and had everything I could want, even a glimpse through the houses all the way down to the sea.

We absolutely loved our stay at Chiu Chunt Dint. It is at an excellent location right on the old street in Jiufen, right near the beginning. The room was quite large for such a crowded area. The staff was so helpful. Breakfast was larger than I would have expected and quite tasty. Only downsides are no elevator, but to be expected in an old building. Also if you pay at property, remember to bring cash as they don't accept credit cards.
