"The property overall was nice. Staff were excellent and welcoming. Our room was great, right by the pool, only complaint was there floors were a bit dirty. Our kids were walking around barefoot in the room and their feet would turn brown. I told room service and they got on it immediately. The room service staff were amazing. "After receiving confirmation on our stay and booking, after calling to ask questions about the property and get answers, we arrived and call for check and the property was not available. Had to made numerous call to get help and after spending significant time trying to get the issue resolved, we just had to go a different way and get a place ourselves. Will never used them again and the property people also very unprofessional "

"Room was dirty. I had to get maintenance to come and unclog the sink because it was full of hair. I just told my wife not to look at it. It was that bad. The one day they cleaned housekeeping threw all of our clothes, clean and dirty, in the suitcase, closed it and put it away. Put all of my wife’s make up items back into her night kit and the same with My shaving kit. They charge $12 an hour for parking. We came back Saturday about 7 o’clock and all the parking was gone because of a party...

"The kitchenette was a nice feature and convenient for our stay. Unfortunately, we arrived late and had to change rooms twice—our first room did not have the requested bathtub, and the second room was not properly cleaned, with dirty towels and trash left in the bathroom. The third room was clean and acceptable, although a bit outdated, and while the breakfast the next morning was decent, the selection was fairly basic."

"The most coziest property. I was there with some girlfriends for the BTS Arirang concert. We felt safe and the best part was the Pete’s Bagel downstairs! The host was very responsive to messages and the whole process of check in was smooth. Everything was clean and the property was wonderfully decorated. Also, loved the free roaming chickens and roosters in the area. 10/10, no notes. "

"Another fantastic stay at Haya! From check in to check out everything just exceeds my expectations with this hotel. I visited on May 5 for 2 nights with my co workers. I came back on June 9 for another 2 nights with additional co workers. This trip I selected the courtyard room which is very quiet and has a great view. Highly recommend these rooms.
