They sent up a technician who said it would kick on in ten minutes and cool down. After waiting almost twenty minutes, the room did not cool down more. "We only stayed here a night and I would 100% stay here again in the future. The location is extremely convenient to a local bagel shop, coffee, and there’s a restaurant downstairs as well. You can easily walk to so many places and it just made our stay in New York City so wonderful. We stayed in a room that had two beds with the four of us, and I will say the beds are smaller and it was tight but totally doable and we were extremely happy with our decision to stay here."
