Everything in this hotel was spotless, comfortable, and the staff was phenomenal. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and they really made my stay wonderful! And the little things, like offering free bottles of water each day, made it even better. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend staying here.

This hotel was really nice. I’m not a big fan of cities and was attending an event. The hotel was a 15 minute walk and there was a lot of places to eat nearby. The water pressure was great.

The Staff was great (especially Jory and Martin) the room was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the water and coffee in the room provided as a courtesy. The hotel is conveniently located near where my daughter lives in Brooklyn. I would not book through Expedia again - it was frustrating and not customer centric. The friendly staff and clean room made for a pleasant stay. The lobby area is a great place to relax or work. I would have appreciated a heads up about the daily room service needed to be requested at check-in. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’ll definitely be back if I visit New York again.

I came to New York for a show at the Warsaw in the Greenpoint area of Brooklyn. The Henry Norman was a perfect location for the trip. It was a short walk to the venue. The neighborhood was walkable and felt very safe, even late at night. I enjoyed seeing the farmers market in the park nearby on Sunday, and there were several bars and restaurants within walking distance. The room was lovely and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back there again.
