Rooms were not clean. Dusty floors, showers and fixtures like lamps and table ( I had a suite) . The couch in the suite was horrible. The shower was broken so I had to rig it to use it. Wonderful, welcoming, helpful folks throughout. Great location ( especially if, like us, you’re attending an event at MSG). The room was tiny, however, that is normal in many NYC hotels so it was not unexpected. Beds were very comfortable

The room were very clean, and the free breakfast was great. The room was small and felt crowded without enough space to put your luggage. I didn't like the elevator situation when it was crowded.
