"The hotel was in a great location, by times squares. Staff was helpful and nice. Lots of guests so have to wait for elevators. Rooms need to have ventilation for bathrooms so room do not have musty smells. Rooms and bathroom are on the smaller side, I would recommend this hotel."

"The room was clean, housekeeping was efficient and consistent hotel is in great location. They nickle and dime you a lot which is frustrating as hotel isn't cheap. The $35 resort fee didnt bother me too much as you could charge $35 of food and got 4 free water bottles. Starbucks was on site and it ..."
