Millennium Hotel Broadway Times Square
Staff was nice but we did not have hot water for 2 hours on Friday evening. They did compensate me a bit for the inconvenience They also did not clean the room one day and I called for clean towels but we never received them so I had to call them again hours later. Location was good.
