I didn’t stay they took my money. I paid for protection and couldn’t get my money back. I was forced to kept until they actually were able to be right to keep my money. Not fair at all..very upset ..I am a very valuable travel customer. Upset still

Aloft Harlem
Everything was pretty good for the most part. The only complaints I have was that the air was really dry in the room, it seemed like the temperature control device was not working because it barely changed the temp in the room, and there were no garbage bags on the garage bins. The staff was great ...
