"The cleanliness in this hotel was well below what was expected. The room was dusty (could see hand prints in it), the curtains were stained with white blotches, towels were dirty, furniture was old and stained. Bedding had holes in it. "Clean and good sized room as you expect at a Doubletree. However the safe didn’t work as ‘it needed charging’ and the bed was so hard I think the floor may have had more give."
