I have nothing but good things to say about check in and the room we booked - great, comfortable. The only advice I would offer is to remove the ice machine from the breakfast room. It is too loud and it resonates on a wood floor. Small concern.

So disappointing and terribly overpriced, even in season. Small rooms with sad little bathrooms (think broom closet for a shower stall) and barely any common areas (no living room like a typical B&B). As for “breakfast”, I think your local Motel 6 or Red Room does much better.

Great location, within easy walking distance of everything downtown. Nice room and very cordial and helpful staff. Plentiful breakfast options to keep you powered through lunchtime. Easy walk to the picturesque marina and its boardwalk. Easy drive to Hampton Beach (NH) and in time for the annual sand sculpting contest!). We’ll be back.
