Everything was fine except the Bath towels were marked as if not washed properly. They had black streaks in them. Otherwise very clean, well appointed and very comfortable.

Staff were lovely. One lady took ne to the toom and showed me which key was for what and even turned on the aircon for me before leaving me to my room. Parking was a bit of a challenge with not manyspots avaialble but thats was ok in the end.

We had an overnight stay at Pippiā€™s after being at Port Macquarie for the day and geez I must say for hotel/pub accommodation this place was just great. The check in procedure was so swift with the lady assisting just superb and so friendly. She personally escorted out to the stairway and pointed us to our room which was very helpful. Dinner in the restaurant was absolutely delicious and the choice of refreshing beverages at the bar being fantastic. The room was more than satisfactory with very comfy queen and single beds, and plenty of pillows on each bed. A good supply of tea and coffee, a large HD television, a very good sized balcony with a table and 2 chairs, and a very nice and modern bathroom. The entire unit appeared to have been recently fully renovated being very clean. Despite being near a busy main road, we heard zero road noise which made for a good nights sleep/rest. Pippiā€™s overall package of accommodation, dining and bar service along with the superb location overlooking the beautiful Lake Macquarie was just great and I would strongly recommend Pippiā€™s at the Point to all and sundry - thanks for a great overnight stay!

The hotel was nice. In the room though the mini fridge was so loud as it kept cutting in and out. Would prefer the curtains to be more of a block out as the room could not be kept dark even with the curtains pulled across. The dining was lovely though. Food was beautiful.
