"Conveniently located near UNH"

"A splendid, historical property with one of the nicest staff I've ever come across and fantastic food in the tavern. The short walk to UNH makes it all the more worthwhile."

"Nice hotel, comfy beds, clean and decent breakfast but not any protein options that weren’t pork except a boiled egg and none of us eat pork and one is vegetarian. It was six of us on a girls trip, riding the train, we booked this particular hotel because it was close to the train station and offered free shuttle service, however, we called to be picked up and where notified that there hasn’t been any shuttle service for 7 years (this may be an Expedia issue but in 7 years, I’m sure we weren’t...

"The inn is conveniently located to a very charming downtown. Beautiful grounds. They sell themselves as a wedding venue. I think it’s perfect for that. I have to remind myself that it’s almost 100 years old. The room we had was very clean and the bed extremely comfortable, but in need of a facelift. "The place was all decked out inside and outside for Halloween."

"The staff was kind and helpful, and the room was clean. The entire building could use some updating- the walls were cracked in some places, paint was peeling, the mirror in the bathroom was rusted at the bottom, the sink was cracked and the toilet wasn't attached to the floor."

"staff helpful"

"Was very quiet."

"Location"

"Property is old style with outside doors. Strong smell of air freshener. Breakfast was ok. Coffee wasn’t working."

"Nice"

"Older location but clean and friendly."

"Very convenient. Right off the highway. Fair price for the room. We just stayed one night while visiting UNH. The place has some years on it with some little things not latching perfectly and the like. Overall a reliable place to book. They take a credit card security deposit though and it’s pretty slow to release. Would be better if they just took the imprint and didn’t charge unless necessary."
