"The hotel was everything I expected, and I was very happy with my stay there. Everything was safe and clean. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. My only request is that more drink options be available in the shop (I drink Coke) and that the ice dispensers in the rooms' refrigerators dispense ice quicker than 6 cubes every 3 hours. "

"Hotel hits all the 5 star spots apart from 2 points. 1 - the rooms are not soundproof at all, and being able to hear the conversations in the room next door so clear that i could repeat what they were saying is not what i would expect. Second - the front desk staff are not as polished and committed to the level of service i would expect from a top end 5 star hotel. Doormen were top class. All in all it's a good hotel, but with so much choice in NY, i have stayed in better."

"We stayed three nights. Our room was cleaned everyday and the hotel was clean itself. Valet was very easy and our vehicles were well taken care of. Our room slept 5 people without issue. The breakfast was good!"

"We checked in at 2:45 for a 3pm check in and our room was not ready until 4:40 pm. On top of that the elevators in the property do not work and caused us to wait 20-30 minutes every morning. We ended up having to take the stairs multiple times. "

"Refreshed and good conditions in terms for building maintenance. Bedding has a little crum like stuff for two days. Escalator going up to the lobby was broken for whole 4 days."

"Great room, unfortunately the well known bar at the lobby was closed for a private party. In my opinion hotel bars should not be closed for hotel guests. That’s an amenity guest pay for and sometimes the reason a guest may book a hotel. Like going to a ski resort but the slopes are closed for a private event of a rich guy and guest just watch through a window. Having said that, the hotel is well located and reasonably priced. "

"Despite the hotel being very clean and modern, which is nice. I have to comment on the quality of sleep for the short time you do spend in your hotel room in the evening. The room was small, but that isnt a big deal because most NYC hotel rooms are. Not a good view, but again, same with most hotel rooms. There was no place for out suitcase or our items. They have no drawers to put clothes and out suitcases just had to sit out and live out of our suitcases. You could not control the temperature...
