Lovely Inn to stay at for a cozy weekend. Right in the middle of downtown so easy access to shops and restaurants. Nice breakfast spread and evening snack. The room and bathroom was clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable to sleep in. Easy check-in and check-out.

This is a perfect place to stay at Christmas time. Especially if there is a pure white snow falling in the downtown Newport area. The breakfast is lovely, especially with so much fresh fruit. The staff is very very polite.

What a cute little hidden gem! Smack dab in the center of town, was perfect for a little girls get-a-way weekend! Room was adorable and the perfect size with two double beds. I will 100% be back here with my husband. ALSO the breakfast was TOP NOTCH and the perfect aesthetic. I'm so glad we stumbled on the find.

Charming historic inn right in the middle of the downtown shopping/restaurant district. Very clean rooms, exceptionally quiet. Beds were very comfortable. Not as quirky as a BnB yet much more charming than a traditional boutique hotel. It was decorated nicely for Christmas. Some rooms appear small, we had the 2 double beds which was plenty of space. The breakfast buffet was lovely and a welcome amenity, made travel so easy when not having to search for 3 meals a day. Be warned that parking is challenging downtown. There is a lot across street from hotel but arriving at dinnertime, it was hard to find a space.

We stayed at here on a Sunday evening in November. The overall property was quaint and cozy and very well kept. The breakfast was excellent and definitely exceeded our expectations. My only complaint is that our room smelled like a very heavy cologne and it was rather unpleasant. We also stayed here off-season so the free parking was a very nice perk and the location was perfect for walk ability in downtown Newport. I would highly recommend.
