The front desk staff was super nice. However, the room was damp, so damp that the carpet and furnishings felt wet to the touch. The area is sketchy, meaning they lock the front door after 10pm and you have to be buzzed back in. Just overall a gross feeling when staying here.

We selected the hotel with the expectation of utilizing the pool and hot tub facilities. However, we were disappointed to find the hot tub was out of order and the pool had a gritty texture on the bottom, suggesting concrete deterioration. Despite this, the staff were friendly and accommodating.

Rooms need upgrading! Fire alarm went off at 7 am because of faulty system in a room! This is the 2nd time I’ve experienced this! Hotel gives Super 8 vibes, room had an awful smell, smelled like dirty carpet, nothing appealing about the room! Will never stay again!
