"Cute little cottages right on historic Route 66! Spotlessly clean, and the property is well maintained. Check-in was quick, with just a phone call to the number provided and a text message with a picture of a photo ID. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely return when we are next in Joplin. Only glitch was with communication. I tried, unsuccessfully, to ask questions for clarification purposes. "The location was convenient but the road construction taking place was inconvenient. The rooms have been renovated very nicely! However, the Expedia site shows a price of $59 a night when it’s first opened then once you begin to reserve the room the price changes to $65 a night. The blue bubble states, “ what you see is what you pay.” but the price goes up once you begin the reservation process? What’s up here?"
