"We had jungle villa 3 which had been renovated and updated recently. Also came with a plunge pool. It’s a beautiful property and you get to experience all noises of the jungle. We saw red frogs (3) and a sloth and monkeys. We stayed 2 nights and felt good about that as the restaurants were limited and we could count ok in our villa but didn’t feel like it. I would definitely recommend for those looking to get away from crowds and experience nature in a very comfortable setting."

"There is no service and no one answers the phone and they can’t fix even transportation. Area is beautiful but the hotel is not up to standards. "
