Hotellet fremstod på billederne rigtig flot også i den dyrere ende. Da vi får vores værelse er lagenet beskidt så det bliver vi nødt til at få skiftet. Væggen ved siden af vores seng er helt plettet med alle mulige forskellige ulækre pletter, som jeg ikke vil vide hvad er. Derudover knirkede sengen helt vildt meget, hver gang en af os vendte os om, vågnede vi begge to af de knirkelyde sengen lavede. Morgenmad var meget dårlig. Den kostede så også kun 9kr at få med, men når man har et lidt dyrere hotel, burde morgenmaden være i orden. Det positive ved hotellet var at det lå okay placeret, og der var ikke så meget larm. Vi lå på 19 etage.

The staff were all delightful, the room was well appointed . Only problem was that we could not turn the air con off. It was so noisy. It was off on the controls but would not stop making a noise .... unless it was outside the room ?! We were late arriving by train from Danang so we were too tired to call any one and didn’t want to bother staff at that time of night.

Room was clean, staff was friendly and the pool was nice. However, our air conditioning didn’t work properly, so it was too hot in our room. The electricity plug to the fridge was not in, so we couldn’t use the fridge until 24 hours later. The hotel also charged us 500.000 VND for a taxi to the airport when we later found out we could have paid 200.000 - 300.000 VND with another service.

Largest hotel I have ever stayed in. Excellent room and excellent staff. But...the large tour groups did everything together...often overcrowding the lobby...giving no consideration to other guests..blocking the entrance, smoking in the doorway, having loud conversations, etc. And forget about breakfast...it was sheer bedlam...it was as if I was in a room full of starving homeless people hurrying to get to the food before anyone else. All I wanted was a cup of coffee...it was horrible.

不會再入住，不推薦給朋友入住。睇返hotels.com其他人既留言，酒店應該剛開始接待中國團。 入住4晚，每朝同層房客喺走廊喧譁大聲說話。 早晨時間6:30-9:30, 早段中國團早餐時間，我們通常9:00去食早餐，9:30就趕收起食物，因為員工用膳。早餐食物質素：可以。 員工：態度惡劣，大部份唔識英語(或者扮唔識英語)，需要用Google translate溝通。

가격대비 괜찮았던 시설들이 좋았습니다. 유명 맛집, 관광지, 시장 등 접근성이 좋습니다. 스탭들과 의사소통의 어려움은 있었지만 친절 합니다. 메인 거리와 한블럭 정도 떨어져 있어서 밤에 많이 시끄럽지 않아 괜찮았습니다. 중국인 관광객들이 많이 오는 숙소인 것 같은데 문제는 아침 6시부터 조식이 시작되는데 전쟁터가 따로 없습니다. 방음이 되지 않아 6시 이전부터 강제 기상을 시작으로 7시쯤에 조식먹으러 가면 자리도 없고 음식도 좀 그렇습니다...ㅋㅋ 나트랑 시내 여행 계획이시라면 추천드립니다. 휴양 목적이라면....

위치좋네요

가보니 별4개로 붙여놨더군요. 직원들은 친절한 편이고 중국사람들이 매우 많았구요. 시설은 깨끗했으나 에어컨이 침대방향이라 29도로 해놨어도 가족모두 감기에 걸렸어요. 위치는 아주 좋았습니다.

방음에 주의 해주세요

청소가 대체적으로 미흡하고 방음이 잘 안되지 않습니다 복도에서 하는 얘기가 엄청 크게 들리는데 어느날은 밤 12시 이후에 다른 현지 사람들을 체크인 시켜서 복도에서 다들 소리치고 난리 부리는걸 새벽 1시반까지 해서 잠을 제대로 못잤고 프론트데스크에 전화했으나 전혀 도움이 되지 않았고 심지어 직원이 영어도 잘 못했습니다.

Loved this hotel! It was gorgeous weather in Nha Trang but very hot so we spent a lot of time upstairs in the pool! Although it wasn’t massive at no point was it busy. Rooms were lovely too!

Good hotel for a short stay

We stayed in the hotel for four tree nights. It’s a new hotel, the room we originally got was very small up on our request we got a bigger room on a low floor with no extra charge. The location of the hotel is not so great, it about 10-15 min walk from the beach. In front of the hotel is a huge construction of a new hotel and its probably very noisy, we where lucky there was a holiday during our stay and it was quiet . The staff is very halpfull, the brackfast was ok .

Ein super neues Hotel in 3. Straßenreihe vom trand. Sehr nah zum Nachtmarkt und zum Havana Hotel. Hier unbedingt Skylight besichtigen. Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Personal ist super freundlich, Besonders freundlich unf hilfsbereit waren an der Rezeption Frau Truc (sie sprach sehr gutes Englisch) und ihr Kollege an der Rezeption. Auch ein großes Lob an die Zimmermädchen! Sie reinigten so gründlich und schnell und hatten immer ein Lächeln für uns. Besonders lecker war das Frühstücksbuffett. Das Bedienungspersonal war flink und super nett. Auch der Koch ließ sich blicken. Da mir der Kaffee in VietNam immer sehr stark ist, brachte man mir sofort auf Anfrage sofort eine Tasse mit heißem Wasser. Lieben Dank an das gesamte Team, auch an die Nachtportiere. Alle machten uns den Aufenthalt im Diamond Nha Trang Hotel unvergessbar.

繁華街からちょっと外れるが、コストパフォーマンスは良い。従業員は英語が得意ではないが、気の良い人たちです。バイクはしっかり見張ってくれるので安心して預けられます。
