"The smoke was so think in the lobby it was hard to make it to the front desk. Was told that we were on a non smoking floor, but e floor smelled like smoke as well as the room. Being allergic to smoke, I could not stay. Checked out 10 minutes later. Casino would not refund my two night stay. Even after presented with medical confirmation. Restaurants were located openly in the lobby. Unbelievable if they think people could/should eat the bellowing smoke. Room- windows were smeared with...

"My cousin and I had an excellent time. The property was located in a good position. We loved the breakfast. And beds were so soft and comfortable. And all of the staff were wonderful."

"Location is s the only thing that I like about the property. Other than that, there’s nothing more. Am not being rude here, am just being honest, so that management can have a good picture of what they can improve. Front desk staff needs improvement with customer service. Not a smile on her face. When I...

When we returned that evening, they were still not collected and lying on the on the floor inside the room. The front desk informed us that no housekeeping service is provided for two-night stays and that...

"No parking and they charge u for parking. No help with suitcases."

"The front desk was polite and helpful."

"Staff: rude. not very helpful. Very short and to the point. M Club Lounge: Poor food and drink choices. Very bland and not stocked. It’s basically your free breakfast that now they just charge for! Lily house and Room Service: Weird menu, over priced food. However food is good and portions are very decent. Drinks are weird! Dessert is amazing. Room: Clean, put together and nice quality."

"Location was a plus. Very unique."
