I would like to bring to your attention a very disappointing experience I recently had with a hotel booking.
When we arrived at the hotel on our scheduled check-in date (from April 14th to April 15th), we were told that the check-in time was 4:00 p.m. on April 14th. However, while booking through the app, I had selected the check-in time as “later than 2:00 a.m.”, which was clearly an available option. The app gave the impression that check-in would be possible during the early morning hours, and this was the basis on which I made the booking.
Unfortunately, when we contacted the hotel upon arrival, they refused to check us in earlier than 4:00 p.m., even though our booking clearly showed the date as April 14th. This caused us significant inconvenience, and we were left with no option but to book another hotel at the last minute. We faced a lot of stress and spent, we did not receive any support or refund from the app.
I request that this issue be looked into seriously, and I would appreciate a refund or compensation for the inconvenience and financial loss we suffered due to this
