Meget enkelt, vandrerhjem kunne kanskje vært bedre

Meget enkelt, dusjkabin og vask avgrenset med skjerm. Men damen som leide ut var hjelpsom og prisen lav.

Good value for money.

This is a guesthouse not a hotel. My first instinct was to cancel my booking due to the initial shabby appearance, however after meeting the friendly, helpful owner I decided to persist. Whilst rooms are clean they could do with a make over, the bed is excellent and very comfy. Breakfast is basically whatever you ask for, the owner shops daily and will keep feeding you till you are full ! ! The bus stops right outside, so getting around is easy, likewise the main station is 20 minutes walk. Having stayed there for 6 nights I left with a good feeling and will definitely return to this establishment on my next trip to Nice. PS The owner also speaks good English and is knowledgeable on most aspects of Nice, this was a great help.

駅から15分くらい歩くきます。かつ入口がかなりわかりにくいです。建物前にある英語か仏語の案内を読めないと、更に辿り着き難いです。次に門の開け方も何ら指示がないので、これまた苦労します。次に入れても、どこが受付なのかまずわかりません。事前か到着直後に電話するのが最短距離かと思います。自分は門の前で宿泊している方の手助けをたまたま受けられたので、それは良かったのですが、それでも15分くらい門の前で待ってました。到着が薄暮の時間帯だったので、相当に焦りました！ チェックイン後は暖房器具がなかったので、その旨伝えたところ無事にかりられたのですが、なかったら夜は結構厳しかったかも。 その試練を乗り越えられれば、経営者の方はとても親切で協力的、朝食は家庭的で美味、部屋は静か、と快適に過ごせるかと思います。周辺は観光地らしい華やかさがあり、飲食店もたくさんあります。

Mitten in Nizza wie bei Freunden!

Der Empfang durch die Besitzerin war sehr herzlich! Sie nahm sich Zeit für mich, zeigte und lieh mir Bücher und Karten über Nizza. Das Frühstück auf dem kleinen Balkon war für französische Verhältnisse sehr reichhaltig, die gesamte Atmosphäre zusammen mit anderen Gästen freundlich.

La propriétaire est très sympa et conseille bien Malgré tout l'état de notre chambre était trop vieux voire dangereux. Le confort était moins que basique... Bien situé cependant

Une chambre si vous n'êtes (vraiment) pas exigent!

Nous avons retenu pour une nuit. Accueil agréable de la propriétaire, mais nous avions retenu une chambre d'hôtel, et ce qui nous a été proposé s'apparente plus à une chambre d'étudiant ! Donc, pas de service, pas de parking (places très difficiles à trouver aux abords), sur un boulevard bruyant, et ensemble plutôt très vétuste. Certes, le prix est attractif, mais je regrette ce manque d'informations. Vous êtes prévenus !

Ein paar wundervolle Tage in Nizza

Anreise: Vom Flughafen problemlos mit dem Bus möglich. Die Haltestelle "Maison de l' Environnement" ist vor der Tür. Wer sparen will nimmt die Linie 23 statt der schnelleren 99. Dann umsteigen an Thiers/Gambetta in die 7. Check-In: Wie beschrieben bis 18.30h. Wenn man vorab einen späteren Check-In anfragt, ist das aber möglich. Das Beste: Eine ganz herzliche Eigentümerin. Von ihr habe ich die besten Tipps bekommen, die mich traumhafte Orte in der Umgebung entdecken ließen. Ich war schon oft in Nizza, aber ihre Empfehlungen waren top. Ich hatte mein Handyladekabel vergessen und dir direkt eines kostenlos ausgeliehen bekommen sowie zahlreiche Bücher über Nizza. Zwischenzeitlich konnte ich mir immer einen Kaffee zubereiten. Großes Plus für nicht französisch-Sprechende: Englisch wird wirklich gesprochen und verstanden. Klare Empfehlung: Das Frühstück mitbuchen. Für den Preis lohnt sich das richtig und auf dem Balkon sitzt es sich schön. Ich bekam sogar ohne Probleme auf meinen Wunsch Sojamilch. Außerdem war immer gute Unterhaltung mit anderen Reisenden garantiert. Nichts für: Klassische Hotelurlauber! In der Villa Saphir ist nicht alles im piekfeinen Zustand. Das hat mich persönlich 0 gestört. Wer allerdings mit der Erwartung dorthin kommt, eine Sterneunterkunft geboten zu bekommen, der wird enttäuscht sein. Mein Fazit: Ich komme gerne wieder!

impeccable, confortable.

La chambre est grande et donc bien pratique pour les bagages. Un frigo qui permet de maintenir la glace pour la glacière qui nous accompagne la journée dans nos excursions et un emplacement de stationnement juste devant. Tout ça pour un prix accessible.

Hotelteam und Service Spitze!

Bei Annie fühlt man sich wie zu Hause! Sie kümmert sich mit Mühe für den Frühstück; sie bietet gleich einen Glas Wein oder Saft, wenn man ankommt; sie erklärt im Detail alles was man in Nizza und Umgebung besichtigen kann und leiht sogar ihre Bücher aus, wenn man sie gerne lesen will. Bei ihr war es wirklich einen erholsamen Aufenthalt.

親切な女性管理人

貼り紙に気づいて入り口を見つけることができれば、まずは上々です。 建物は古いものの、管理人のおばさんの気配りが感じられる部屋は、決して悪いものではありません。 朝食はビュッフェではありませんが、おばさんが毎朝市場で買ってくるというパン、ハム、チーズ、フルーツ、コーヒーなど、一通りのものを楽しむことができます。 宿泊費の高いニースにあって、とにかく良心的な値段で泊まれるのは嬉しいですね。 今回の滞在でひとつ残念だったのは、私が”モナコはお金持ちの街だ”と言ったつもりが、 管理人のおばさんに、”ニースは物価がとても高い”と伝わってしまい、 なんとなく誤解を解けないまま、ホテルを後にしたことです。 管理人のおばさんが、このレビューを読んでくれると良いのですが。

Villa Saphir doet naam niet aan

We waren eerst in de verkeerde kamer geplaats. De huisvrouw was hier erg boos om, al was dit niet onze fout dus dat voelde niet prettig. In de nieuwe kamer was het heel vies, wanneer je op blite voeten liep hield je er pikzwarte voeten aan over waardoor het bed ook vies werd. De douche viel haat uit elkaar dus erg relaxed hebben we er niet in gestaan. 3 overige nadelen zijn de vele muggen, het onbreken van verkoeling dmv airco oid en de herrie vanaf de straat. Ik raad Villa Saphir niet aan, slechte prijs kwaliteit verhouding :(

アットホームな宿でした

ニースの中心地からは若干離れているが、宿の目の前からはバスが止まるため、慣れれば問題ない。わたしは3泊したが、初日は宿を見つけられず大変苦労した。しかしマダムが大変良くしてくれたのでとても良い思い出になった。wifiがよくつながり助かった

A FUIR de toute urgence

Impossible de se garer dans le secteur. Chambre d'une propreté plus que douteuse, lit pour 2 personnes composé de 2 matelas qui n'avait même pas la même épaisseur, rideau de douche crasseux trainant par terre, fenêtre impossible à ouvrir, et j'en passe. Nous nous sommes sauvés après avoir dormi sans prendre le petit déjeuner pourtant régler. 54€ c'est du vol. Il ne devrait même pas être sur un site de location.
