The pool and hot tub were nice, breakfast was hot. Whoever the lovely woman was that was working breakfast was the best part of the stay."

"We had the misfortune of being in Casper the weekend of the State track meet and all other hotels were full. There’s a reason this one wasn’t. Facility was run down and a little spooky. When we told friends where we were staying they gasped and offered to put us up at their homes."

"Loud ass neighbors smoking drugs and being loud until after 1:30 in the morning on porch, despite most multiple calls to the front desk. Some dilapidated vehicles made it seem like people live there long-term which is fine but they should still respect the people that are only getting 2 hours of sleep already that our guests in the room down the hall. I don't know if the water heater for the whole place is in our room, but it kept turning on every few minutes and it was extremely loud"

"I was disappointed by the lack of communication and housekeeping. At check-in, I was not told that room cleaning was not provided daily, which was unexpected since I am not from the area. I also was not given the Wi-Fi password, and it was not posted anywhere in the room. Additionally, the window curtain would not roll down properly, which affected privacy and comfort. When I requested housekeeping on the third day, the room was not properly cleaned. The beds were made and towels replaced, but...

"I’ve always loved Comfort Inn. The beds are comfortable and hot tub is nice. I wish they would have some sort of potatoes for breakfast. My daughter’s room had a blood stain on the bathroom curtain so that was disheartening. Other than that, we loved our stay!"
