"Hotel staff was decent, bed was comfy. Had to switch rooms at 2am due to finding a cockroach, just to be switched to a less valuable room and when I opened the door to the new room there was a naked dude sleeping in bed. Got switched again to a room that didn’t have a fridge/freezer for my cold stuff, finally got upgraded to a jacuzzi room but tv did not work. Breakfast is a loaf of bread, cheap bagels and a toaster. Would not recommend this hotel."

"It's a budget hotel, so I know what to expect, and I was very happy with my stay. There were no bugs, the bed was comfy, the walls were not thin, and the water was surprisingly hot for a hotel, so all those things were great to me! It was a little dirty, but the rooms seemed recently renovated, so I was happy with it. There was no real breakfast, but I had already accounted for that and appreciated the hot coffee each morning.
Keep in mind that it does have smoking rooms, and the first floor...

"The room was very nice. Loved the jetted tub, great shower pressure. The pillows were nice but the bed itself was very firm. If you have back issues like I do the extra firm bed was not nice for my back."

"We stayed there for a few days. Our first room had a broken bed, but we were relocated immediately to a new room.
The breakfast was food, the room was very clean. The pillows were flatter than flat, but they worked.
Seems like the walls in the bathroom might need some scrubbing and the shower bottoms must not have any support underneath because there’s a lot of creaking noises when you step in and move around.
The dining space is really nice and a good variety of food. I have celiac disease...

"The room was clean, but it was interesting to find a penny on the floor by a trashcan. The hot tub was fantastic. Parking was good despite the construction around the site which will time go away. The breakfast bar was a little short on warm foods. This is my second stay here they have made significant improvement since the first time I stayed here. I would stay here again. "All of the staff looked like they had just lost their best friend and didn’t want to be there. Very unhelpful when we came with any question or concern. It was so stupid you couldn’t pay the difference so my grandson could get the item he wanted. He actually won a nice prize in the claw machine but it dropped it right before it was delivered. We told staff… they did nothing. Another machine also took his points… again nothing . Very disappointed "

"My bed had a fingernail in it and the bedding was stained so they didn’t switch out the sheets before we arrived. I always do a bed check before sleeping and I was just shocked. Also their breakfast was just toast, cereal, and oatmeal as the main foods so if you want food options I wouldn’t say here is the best bet.
