"We booked the "Romantic Suite" through Expedia, only to discover that the room was completely windowless. Although the listing described it as being below ground level, it did not disclose that there were no windows whatsoever. In fact, the description mentioned "blackout drapes", which rather suggests that windows exist!

"Lovely accommodations, welcoming staff, perfect location directly across from the train station. Used it to tour Colmar. Also took a bus right from the station to Riquewihr. From Riquewihr we took the trail to Kaysersburg and then a bus back to Colmar. 2 Euros each way. Wonderful experience all the way!"

"L aera de la salle de bain était fort salle et encombré ,l’évier aurais pu être plus propre ainsi que le sol dans la sdb.
Sinon la chambre est coquette et propre.
Un peu petite vu qu’elle était sous le toit .
L hôtel est bien placé pour aller en ville .
Et le parking pratique et gratuit.
Bon séjour dans l’ensemble."

"Property is quite unresponsive. Staff doesn't seem too happy to be of service to their customers.
I booked a room for three people.
Their welcome "gift" was for two: two tea bags, two cookies, two something else. When we asked for the tea to be replenished, front desk said it was only a one time gift.
Room had only 5 hangers that were attached to the closet (security hangers: only with a ring on top). We asked for more hangers, front desk initially said that's all they have. After many...
