"Made reservation for a room with a double bed and they only had twin beds available. They charged me an extra €20 per night to get a room with a double bed and the room we got was super hot. They had AC but it did not work, bed was also not very comfortable."

Water pressure was too weak to reach the shower head. The pillows were smelly and very old. There was a red spot of blood on the duvet. The hotel is not staffed until 3pm and after 10pm. Apart from Liza, other staff are miserable and make you regret asking a question. Avoid this hotel if you can."
