"The room was very clean, the location was incredible, and the staff were consistently friendly and extremely helpful. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent - plenty of variety, great quality, and meals we genuinely looked forward to each day. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to enjoy the sauna, pool, or gym facilities, as they closed at 9:00 pm. Given our daily schedule, a later closing time (even 10:00 pm) would have made a big difference. We would have gladly given this hotel a full five...

"Our reception with Melinda and Kevin was the best one on our three week trip through Europe. Kevin helped us with our luggage and they served us welcome drinks. The rooms were very comfortable and nice. Breakfast included ample juice and jams made by Kevin. They also had lift tickets for us and made one of our last night’s stay the best. "This is such an amazing stay, I highly recommend. From the moment you arrive you are welcomed to amazing hospitality, where they invite you to have some complimentary tea or coffee while looking over the details of your trip. There is sauna, and infrared treatments. My cousin and I needed to keep our bags somewhere while we snowboarded at kitzski, since our checkout time was at 10am, they allowed us to keep our bags in a separate room. This family owned and operated hotel goes above and beyond...
