"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Regina. The hotel is right by the train station and within close proximity of many hiking trails. The staff members were welcoming, spoke excellent English, and provided directions and advice on nearby activities. The hotel breakfast was included with our room, and was an impressive buffet meal."

"I made a mistake while booking and I couldn’t make it on the date of checking in. It happened to me while I booked for Cancun trip as my flight was over night so I booked extra day to make sure I can check in whenever I needed. However this hotel sold my room to other people because I didn’t come on the first day. I even used Expedia try to contact them but on the day I arrived, they said they have no room, my daughter is 1 year old and crying because she is hungry and need to change diapers. Front desk lady instead of help me, what she said was can you please control your child. Very helpful :) and until another girl come to help us, I thought I would have to rep on the street."
