"Clean room. Good service. Liked the hand sanitiser dispenser in stairwells. Room was very quiet even with a busy road. AC was fantastic. Didn't have breakfast."

"Bei meinem Check-In musste ich erst auf mich aufmerksam machen, dass ich „bedient“ wurde. Das Zimmer war eher klein. Besonders die Fließen bei der Toilette und auch bei der Dusche waren nicht sehr sauber und unter meinem Bett war Müll des Vorgängers. Auch eins der Duschhandtücher war sehr fleckig. "Listed on Expedia as free breakfast included, however we were told that we would have to pay if we wished to have breakfast. Upon inspection, it seems that breakfast consisted is some fruit, yogurt and breads anyways. No eggs or bacon/ breakfast meats, so no great loss .Also listed as having AC, however it seems that the management are perfectly fine with 77 degrees as their lowest setting. After a long hot day touring Zurich, you return to your room to shower and relax, only to start sweating...
