"My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. From the first day, the door to my room was broken and remained an issue throughout my stay. Basic necessities were also unreliable the water would randomly shut off multiple times throughout the day, making it difficult to shower or even use the sink consistently. Housekeeping was another major problem. I requested room cleaning on several occasions, yet repeatedly returned to find my room untouched. Even something as simple as getting clean...

"The place has been sold to a new owner. It’s no longer E Apartments. I only found out when I got there after making my booking online. And the prices are not the same as the new place is more expensive than E Apartments. And the staff were of no help whatsoever when I told them what was going on. They basically ignored me."

"I’m sorry but this was the worst bed experience I have ever had at a hotel or apartment. The bed is hard as a rock I had to pile up blankets and pillows to sleep on top of. We left for two nights and slept on the island just to get a better bed!! The house next door is a complete disaster. My jeans were moved and no one was at the desk to handle issues after like 8pm. Hot water last 5min. Internet slow and unusable except for the tv. The stove can’t fit two pots at a time so you can only use one...

"The room that I rented was a room inside of an apartment. The second bedroom and sitting room belonged to a different guest. I paid via Hotels.com an Yp George Hotel told me that if I wanted to extend my stay that I would have to pay cash, if not for me to check out. That they had no affiliation with Hotels.com. I paid for a room with a kitchen, the stove didn't work bc it didn't have electricity, only used a generator."
