"Not bad location, however one needs to drive to get to any civilisation i.e. 7 km to Kotor & 7 km to Perast. Close to the "beach" & swim in the Bay. View not as nice as on the photo. I had the room looking at the mountain's top on the main road side, pretty nie. The host - a nice lady but doesn't speak English.
