"Dear Team, I had originally booked Tea Garden Stay for my trip. However, after the booking was confirmed, I received a call from the property stating that the booking had been opened erroneously due to a system glitch and that the stay was not actually available. I was then advised that an alternate option would be provided. Unfortunately, the alternate accommodation offered was completely unacceptable and nowhere close to what was originally booked: The alternate stay was a basic 2 BHK home,...

"Bed sheets are dirty, rooms are not clean and stinky. Washrooms plumbing is broken."

"Experience is, more or less satisfactory, except restaurant. Though breakfast was supposed to be served at 08.00 AM, always it was served after 08.30 causing extreme difficulty to board the 09.15 toy train and 09.15 bus to Kannur (Kerala). Punctuality is VERY POOR."

"The property is average. They won't provide hot water after 9 am and they just want to make money so they'll charge you 100 for one time. The staff service guy didn't even picked up the luggage while checking out. Overall poor service. "
