"Usually do not leave reviews unless well deserved for the good or for the bad. Nightmare started as flights got delayed so tried to contact property to let them know of late arrival, no response at all either via Expedia message service or the phone listed (BTW their number is from Mexico, nothing wrong but they didn't respond as well). Service, stay and place according to the price (budget) for an overnight stay, but be cautious about the $100 deposit, you rather bring cash for that otherwise if you swipe your card note this is not to open a voucher as you would do on most hotels. They are actually charging you and can expect to lose it unless they process the reimbursement in front of you. It's been a month and I haven't seen anything posted back to my account."

"Front desk staff were always pleasant and helpful. Room seems to have been renovated recently. Spacious and comfortable, although if you like to unpack your clothes the only drawers are in the night table, which was a bit odd. And no suitcase rack! The shampoo and conditioner are actually quite nice! Really close to several beautiful places to explore. Definitely would stay here again if I find myself coming to Tucson!"

"Room was very clean and spacious, comfortable bed and large television. AC worked well AND was also a quiet unit. Close to the highway, but still relatively quiet in the room. Roads in the area were under repair and made accessing the hotel a bit of a chore."
