"The staff were fabulous, the rooms and amenities are cleanand the meals were fresh. They booked tours and transfers for us, we rented a moped from the retreat for the day, they're 10mins for Hoa Lu, our stay was very peaceful."

The manager, Hoa, is exceptionally wonderful. she is so kind, polite, professional. helpful and she organised amazing tours, and she is always smiling. As are all the locals. "This was my first homestay and I was not sure what to expect. The family really looked after me and made me feel right at home, I loved spending time here and found it a quick 5 minute walk to the Main Street of food places and cafes in the town. "

"Perfect location to visit all the tourist attractions in the area; I recommend hiring a bicycle from the homestay and cycling to each one, it is all relatively flat. Lovely owners, amazing views of the mountains from the bedrooms. Property is kept clean. "

"Staff are fantastic. Bike rentals were included, it was extra if you wanted a moped. Rooms were comfy but there were mosquitoes; wearing bug repellent prevented me getting eaten alive! The included breakfast was delicious. Nice and quiet spot a little ways from the busier downtown, taking a bike into town was nice. Thanks for having us!"
