"We would stay again. We were there for over a week. The only thing we have to remark negatively about is there is smoking at the swimming pool. There were six folks up there while we were there and five smoked. It is a small area and there is no way to avoid the smoke. Other than that an excellent location. Restaurants and convenient stores up and down the street."

"I stayed in the Family Ocean View room for 2 nights. Overall, it was a decent stay, but there were a few things you should know before booking.➕ The Pros:Great room: To my surprise, the room was very clean, neat, and spacious since it is actually two connecting rooms.Friendly staff: The hotel team was super helpful and welcoming.Good location: It’s located down an alley, but it’s still very convenient—just a short walk and a street cross to get to the beach.➖ The Cons:Dated lobby & smell: The hotel looks a bit old when you first walk in, and the old carpets have a bit of a smell.Slow elevator: Only one elevator goes up to the 29th floor, so the wait time is long. I usually took the other elevator to the 28th floor and walked up the stairs to save time.Small pool: The swimming pool is quite small, so my family didn't use it.Disappointing view: On Expedia, the photos showed a wide, panoramic ocean view from both rooms. However, our view was mostly blocked by a building in front. It felt more like a partial view than a real ocean view.💡 Quick Tip: If you book the Family Ocean View room, make sure to message the hotel ahead of time and ask them to avoid rooms 4 and 5."

"The room was beautiful and large with a great view of ocean. I had one cleanliness issue with room and staff instantly dealt with it. Two blocks from the beach, everything you could need within walking distance. Rooftop pool was lovely and again had a wonderful view of the ocean, restaurant and bar with many choices as well as Massage Services. Elevator. Buffett breakfast at reasonable price. Room Service at reasonable prices although l found communication hard due to my lack of Vietnamese. Definitely Value for Money and highly recommended."
