"Overall I enjoyed my stay. However there were two incidents whicch were of concern. The first involved a man in the smoking area. He approached me to initiate a conversation. As I was leaving the area he requested money from me. I left and went to the mall and it appears that he followed me from the hotel and again requested money. The second also involved the smoking area later at night. I was approached by a woman there. Hotel security appears lax"

"There are ongoing problems with the lift but they have a very good system in place to minimise the problem, superb location with Green belt five and Landmark within a few minutes walking distance. There is a fantastic array of shops and restaurants nearby, including many high end designer boutiques. The hotel staff are very very helpful and have helped us numerous times with our requests without any problems at all. The airport is within 20-25 minutes according to traffic so is an ideal location. We have stayed many times before and will stay again in the future. Would recommend to anyone wishing to stay in or near Makati."
