"After checking in, our room key did not work, so we had to return to the lobby. One staff member initially explained it as a system issue, but another staff later corrected it, saying it was simply a mistake. Later, we came back to the lobby to look for drinking water, as none was provided in the room. Unlike most hotels we stayed at during this trip, there were no complimentary bottles, vending machines, or nearby convenience stores available. At check-out, a staff member asked us to pay for...

"This is a modern, super clean property in a residential area. The unit was fresh, with full kitchen amenities and large modern bathrooms that offered toiletries and fresh white towels. The pool area is lovely and well maintained and parking is immediately next to the building. Restaurants are within walking distance but we appreciated having a car to access the activities and sights we had planned to see."

"Booked a double bed, got a pushed together twin. Room was a little on the tired side. Shower was tiny, leaked over the floor, and had the toilet immediately in front of it (had to step out diagonally). And not their fault, but the road to the hotel was blocked, so had to walk with our luggage some distance to get there. No communication to inform us of that."

"We loved the washer-getting in a couple of loads really helped on an 1 month trip. Also , a nice deck overlooking the rooftops… hard to see the ocean tho. Parking on the property is always good ( no fee or parking 2 blocks away). Overall, a very comfortable stay and well worth the price. You will need to haul you luggage up 2 flights of steps tho. "

"Dino went out of his way to help us both with suggestions for tours and restaurants but also with guiding us through parking, posting mail, and recovering forgotten items. Nothing fazed him! And the accommodations absolutely lived up to their name! Location couldn’t have been better—parked the car and didn’t need it again for the rest of our stay!"

"An amazing hotel in a perfect location. The room was clean, comfortable, and really well kept throughout our stay. The breakfast each morning was great with plenty of choice, and the staff were all incredibly welcoming and helpful, especially Matea, who went above and beyond to make our stay even better. "The apartment was nice and clean. We had a room with a slanted roof - had to watch your head but not really an issue. The apartment was in an awesome location but you won't sleep in because the church bells start ringing very early. The steps to the rooms are steep and winding - not a problem for us but may be an impediment to someone else. The parking was tight - luckily we parked at checkin time and then didn't move the car again until we checked out. Everything was within easy walking...
