"Stay far away!"

"There was mold on the shower curtain and I came into a 100 degree room hot as hell. But the bed was comfortable and everything work it’s in a bad area but it’s gated in so I felt safe."

"First room locks didn’t work or door closed properly, it had 2 cockroaches. Refrigerator was broken, told the front desk, and the lady told me all rooms are like that, that the “security” of all rooms is just the door handle. I got a different room, locks worked, refrigerator worked but was in horrible conditions but had 5 cockroaches! I returned my key and left right away! Horrible service!"

"The staff is always so pleasant and accommodating. The property is older and could use some updating….BUT ITS ALWAYS CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. It’s the staff that keeps us coming back. They are amazing!"

"The valet has one person getting the vehicles and parking. You can't use the luggage cart. They make the Bell Man get your bags for a tip. The bathrooms have mold because they dont have exhaust fans in them. The AC blows cold though. Beds are decent at best. Check out again requires the Bell Man to come up stairs and get your bags. You can't request your vehicle from valet until you and your bags are downstairs waiting outside for them. I will never stay at this hotel again."
