"It was in the airport, so it was very convenient"

"I have booked and stayed at this hotel through Hotels.com many times, and this was by far the best check-in experience I have had. The staff were very polite, and everything was explained clearly. The only downside was finding a hair in the bathtub. I do not know if it was left by a previous guest, but it was a little disappointing. Since I did not want the hassle of looking for a place to eat early in the morning, I decided to add breakfast to my stay for the first time. At first, I thought the breakfast selection was somewhat limited, and the plates were designed in a way that did not allow you to take large portions. However, by trying a variety of items in small amounts, I ended up feeling quite full. The curry in the morning was especially delicious and was a great way to start the day."

Lovely, classic, refined feel leaves one filled with calmness and serenity. Attentive, professional staff. We’ll be back again and looking forward to our next stay!"

"This hotel was not what I had expected. The space was huge which was very nice. The food was not very good. We ordered dinner the first night. Everything tasted like it was microwaved straight from the freezer - this was not very good tasting. I would not get this again, but what can you expect from hotel food. The same thing with the breakfast the following morning, it did not look very appetizing. Other than that, the hotel had good amenities and the staff was extremely kind, even willing to do our laundry when we asked where the laundromat was. They were all very nice and helpful, we just didn’t realize how far away the hotel was from everything."

"Very short walk to Hanshin Amagasaki Station, & KIX Airport limousine bus stop, Local shopping and many restaurants close by. Amagasaki Castle not too far and worth a visit. Rooms are small but normal for a business hotel in Japan, and perfect for the use to as a home base to be out and about. Decent Japanese budget breakfast an option. Staff helpful and accommodating. If you want a nice room to spend your day go elsewhere and pay x3-x4. If you need a place to sleep and head out during the day, at a decent rate, a good choice. Housekeeping options of when to have towels changed or room to be made is helpful."

"Got a big room for a good price. We were thinking that maybe it was too good to be true and we were right. The listing mentioned that there was wifi but we couldn’t even connect to it during the entire stay. We were not able to bring it up to staff because there was never any physical staff present. There was no clear way to communicate with online staff either. The listing also mentioned there was a washer and dryer. However, the dryer only has an air dry function with absolutely no heat. This meant that clothes would still be wet after the cycle. You’d have to hang it in the shower room and turn on the ventilation which would work only on thinner clothes. On a positive note, the room was really spacious and offered many beddings and storage spaces. It was also a 2-4 minute walk from the train station. It would have been a great experience if it weren’t for the cons."

"Good location. Great price for the kind of room you get. Only complaint is that you dont have a room key and you have to call the front desk every time you want to leave the room. Very weird system that I've seen in some love hotels but this one is extra weird. Never been fully locked into the room before. My rooms wifi also just randomly shut off and wouldnt turn back on. But thats probably not the hotels fault. Other than that, great bathroom with lots of space. Room has lots of space with lots of functions on the TV. Good midpoint between Kobe and Osaka with a station 3 minutes away. Staff was wonderful, cheerful, and helpful, even with my poor japanese. Check in and check out was very convenient."
