"We stayed on the premier floors. The 45th floor amenities were terrific and the view of the light show at the Metropolitan Government Building was fantastic. The concierge recommended and booked lovely restaurants for us. The Shinjuku location was fun and the hotel was near the train/subway station."

"I have been staying at the Hotel Metropolitan for over 30 years and it always shines! Everyone is very friendly, the rooms and common areas kept very clean. I did have one issue on this visit as there was an occasional odor in my hallway and room as if the sewer had backed up. I was on the 7th floor. I hope this was temporary and fixable as it was quite unpleasant at times. Thank you."
